Individual Therapy
What is the therapy process like?

Initial Parent Meeting
I meet with only parent(s) at the first appointment to discuss your child's developmental history, background, and current concerns.

Individual Therapy
I will meet with the child/teen for about 35-40 minutes individually. Weekly sessions are typically recommended to start. Once progress has been made, these sessions may be adjusted to bi-weekly.

Parent Check-In
I will check-in with parents at the first five minutes of session for any updates, and again at the end to talk about goals for the week and how parents can help their child with goals at home.
